This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to CLASI LTD, a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. [CO_NUMBER]) with registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU ("CLASI", "we", "us"). Professional services
Professional services delivered under a Statement of Work are billed for time and materials or against agreed milestones. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. The Client may terminate a SOW for convenience on 30 days' written notice, paying for work performed to the date of termination.
Subscription products
Subscription products such as retainers and SaaS components renew at the end of each agreed term unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing query, contact hello@clasi.co.uk with your invoice reference. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Updates
We may update this document from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through our website or, where appropriate, by email.
